Ruggeri Quartese Prosecco Superiore DOCG comes from the heart of Valdobbiadene, made from Glera grown on steep hillside vineyards. The style is brut — dry. The bouquet is layered: ripe golden apple, Williams pear, spring white flowers and citrus freshness. The palate is clean and harmonious, a light mineral thread balancing juicy fruit against a bracing acidity. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C, and in a tulip-shaped white wine glass rather than a narrow flute, so the aroma has room to open. It pairs with grilled tiger prawns, mussels in a creamy garlic sauce, salmon carpaccio, oysters and Parmesan.
