• The name given when placing an order
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Order comment
• Telegram user id and username
• Order contents and order history
• The chosen interface language and the record of age confirmation

No other data is collected. No web analytics systems or third-party trackers are used.

3. What for

• Placing, confirming and delivering an order
• Contacting the Buyer about their order
• Notifications about the status of an order
• Meeting obligations imposed by law

The data is not used for marketing mailings.

4. Who it is shared with

Data is shared only to the extent delivery requires: the delivery service or the postal operator is given the name, phone number and address of the recipient.

It is not shared with or sold to third parties for any other purpose.

5. Where it is stored

Data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. For how long

Order data is kept for the period established by law for accounting records. Account data is kept until deletion is requested.

7. How it is protected

Only authorised employees of the Seller have access to the data. Traffic between the application and the server is encrypted. Employees' actions on the data are recorded in a log.

8. Rights of the Buyer

The Buyer may request information about the data being processed and demand that it be corrected, blocked or deleted. Requests are made by phone at +998 90 997 99 49 or in Telegram at @burjuy_uz.

Deletion does not affect data the Seller is obliged by law to retain.

The edition in force is published in the online shop.
