1. General provisions

1.1. PRIME ALCO GROUP LLC, TIN 311209816, address Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Nur mahalla, S-1 Buyuk Ipak Yoʻli dahasi, house 22, apt. 14 (hereinafter — the Seller), publishes this offer: a proposal to conclude a retail purchase agreement on the terms set out below.

1.2. The offer is addressed to legally capable individuals aged 21 and over.

1.3. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms of this offer.

2. Subject

2.1. The Seller sells food products and alcoholic beverages presented in the catalogue of the online shop hosted in Telegram and at burjuy.uz.

2.2. Alcoholic beverages are sold in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan: confirmation of receipt of notification No. 260059 of 22.04.2024, registry number of confirmations X-1366686.

3. Placing an order

3.1. An order placed in the online shop is a request to purchase goods and does not in itself conclude a purchase agreement.

3.2. Having received the request, a representative of the Seller contacts the Buyer, confirms the availability and contents of the order, states the delivery cost and agrees a time of handover.

3.3. The retail purchase agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer and paid for.

3.4. The Seller may decline to confirm a request if the goods are unavailable, if the Buyer cannot be reached, or if there are grounds to believe that the Buyer is under 21.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Prices are stated in sums.

4.2. The price of the goods is fixed when a representative of the Seller confirms the request. The price shown in the catalogue at the time the request is placed is for information only.

4.3. The delivery cost is not included in the order total; it is calculated separately and stated at confirmation.

4.4. Payment is made on receipt of the goods.

5. Delivery and collection

5.1. Ways to receive an order: collection from the showroom at 22 Mustaqillik Avenue, C1, Tashkent1, delivery within Tashkent, delivery to the regions.

5.2. Delivery within Tashkent is charged at the rates of the taxi service, delivery to the regions at the rates of the postal operator.

5.3. The delivery time is agreed when the request is confirmed.

6. Age restriction

6.1. The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 is prohibited.

6.2. On receiving goods that include alcoholic beverages, the Buyer presents a document confirming their identity and age.

6.3. If the Buyer refuses to present such a document, or is under 21, the goods are not handed over.

7. Returns

7.1. The return and exchange of goods of proper quality is governed by the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7.2. Food products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

7.3. If a defect is found, the Buyer contacts the Seller by phone at +998 90 997 99 49 or in Telegram at @burjuy_uz.

8. Liability

8.1. The Seller is not liable for being unable to fulfil a request because the Buyer provided inaccurate details.

8.2. The parties are released from liability in circumstances of force majeure.
