Terms of sale of alcoholic products

1. Alcoholic beverages are sold by PRIME ALCO GROUP LLC in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan: confirmation of receipt of notification No. 260059 of 22.04.2024, registry number of confirmations X-1366686.

2. The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 is prohibited.

3. The alcohol section of the catalogue opens once age has been confirmed. Confirming it in the online shop does not replace the check of a document when the goods are handed over.

4. On handover a representative of the Seller may require a document confirming identity and age. If the recipient refuses to present one, or is under 21, the goods are not handed over and the request is cancelled.

5. An order placed in the online shop is a request. The retail purchase agreement for alcoholic beverages is concluded at the moment the goods are handed over and paid for.

6. Alcoholic beverages of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

7. Excessive consumption of alcohol is harmful to your health.
