Prosecco Frizzante (Costarossa) is a light Italian sparkling wine from Veneto, made from the traditional Glera grape. It is lively and refreshing in character, with a delicate bead and a clean, harmonious bouquet of ripe fruit and spring flowers, carried by bracing acidity. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C in a flute or a tulip glass. It works as an aperitif and pairs with smoked salmon canapés, tartlets with soft cheese, oysters, mussels, grilled prawns and squid, white fish with herbs and lemon, young cheeses and fresh fruit.
