Prosecco DOC Corte dei Rovi Extra Dry is an Italian sparkling wine from the Veneto, made from Glera. The Extra Dry category gives it a harmonious balance of gentle sweetness and lively acidity. The nose is clean and expressive: ripe green apple, juicy pear, white flowers and delicate citrus nuances. On the palate it is light and drinkable, with a creamy texture, a fine perlage and a refreshing finish. Serve very cold at 6–8 °C. It works as an aperitif and as the base for cocktails such as an Aperol Spritz, and pairs with light seafood starters, grilled white fish, sushi, vegetable salads and fruit desserts.
