Martini Brut is a dry Italian sparkling wine from a well-known Piedmont house. The nose brings together green apple, citrus and light floral nuances. The palate is fresh, clean and harmonious, with pleasant acidity, a refined perlage and noticeable minerality. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C in a flute or a tulip glass. It works as an aperitif and pairs with smoked salmon canapés, tartlets with cream cheese, oysters, mussels, grilled prawns and squid, lean white fish with lemon, young goat cheeses and Parmesan.
