Champagne Michel Gonet 69 Brut comes from the family house of Michel Gonet in the Champagne AOC. The brut cuvée is made mainly from selected Pinot Noir in a Blanc de Noirs style, with a refined balance and a rich texture. The nose is complex and layered: fresh baking and brioche, vanilla, ripe red berries, fine citrus tones and light nutty notes. On the palate it is refreshing and enveloping, with a creamy texture, an attractive perlage, a mineral structure and a long, clean finish. Serve chilled at 8–10 °C, not over-cold, in flutes or tulip glasses. It pairs with oysters, langoustines and crab, fish carpaccio, grilled white fish, canapés and aged Parmigiano.
