Two Hands "The Boy" Riesling

Description

Two Hands The Boy Riesling comes from the high-altitude Eden Valley in Australia, from old vines over a hundred years of age grown without irrigation. The bouquet is fresh and layered: white fruit, lime zest, flowers, mint and fennel, followed by a note of warm slate. The palate is crisp, with a citrus line of lime and grapefruit and a long finish where lees ageing leaves a creamy nuance. Serve at 8–10 °C. It pairs with white fish ceviche, scallop carpaccio, oysters, grilled tiger prawns and sushi, as well as green salads with a lemon dressing.
