Summum is a vodka of French origin, made from selected French wheat. The spirit is cut with spring water from the Gensac region, which gives the drink its softness and silky texture, and distillation is overseen by master blenders. The nose is a clean, restrained grain bouquet with no harsh alcohol. The first sip opens with enveloping softness and a silky texture carrying light bready nuances; the finish is clean, long and elegant. Serve chilled at 6–8 °C — freezing it hard costs the drink its refinement. Classic shot glasses or elegant cocktail glasses both suit it. At the table: black and red caviar, lightly salted salmon or trout, light charcuterie, mild cheeses and olives, fine white fish and seafood.
