Description
Riesling PA RA DIES is a dry Alsace Riesling whose name translates as paradise. The nose builds on green apple, lime and white peach, joined by white flowers and the petrol note typical of the variety. The palate is clean and mineral, with bright acidity and a lightly savoury bitterness on the finish. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C in a tulip-shaped white wine glass. It pairs with baked white fish, scallops, oysters with lemon, sushi and sashimi, and goat cheese bruschetta.
