Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Rive Di Colbertaldo Brut Maschio Dei Cavalieri is a vivid representative of the rich terroir of Italy's Veneto region The wine comes from an area with the highest DOCG status — the Colbertaldo cru set on the steep hills of Valdobbiadene. The berries of the local flagship grape were carefully selected for this cuvée. The fruit was pressed gently, and the must underwent a double fermentation, the second stage of which took place in steel autoclaves by the Charmat method. Grape varieties: Glera (100%).
