Mondoro Prosecco Rosé Millesimato 2023 is a rosé sparkling wine (Spumante Brut) from Veneto under the Prosecco DOC Rosé denomination, in its well-known embossed bottle. Millesimato means the wine comes from a single vintage, 2023. It is a blend of Pinot Noir and Glera. The nose is led by ripe wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, joined by light floral accents and tones of white peach. The palate is rounded and easy, with a delicate creamy texture, lively berry acidity and a clean, bracing finish. Serve thoroughly chilled at 6–8 °C in a flute or a tulip glass. It works as an aperitif and pairs with grilled prawns, mussels and scallops, salmon tartare, sushi and rolls, as well as fresh berries and light raspberry or strawberry desserts.
