Description
Mondoro Prosecco DOC is an Italian sparkling wine (Spumante) from Veneto in its recognisable faceted bottle. The style is dry to extra dry, made from 100% Glera from selected vineyards. The aroma is clean and fresh: ripe white pear, green apple, candied citrus and refined shades of spring flowers. The palate is soft and refreshing, with a creamy texture, a delicate sweetness, an elegant perlage and a clean, bracing finish. Serve thoroughly chilled at 6–8 °C in a flute or a tulip glass. It suits an aperitif before a meal and pairs with oysters, mussels, grilled prawns and fish tartare, white fish, sushi and rolls, canapés with soft cheese and fruit platters.
