Region: Piedmont, Italy Grape variety: Moscato Bianco Vinification: Fermentation is stopped by chilling the must sharply. This preserves the natural sweetness of the grapes and gives a low strength (around 5%) with delicate bubbles (frizzante). Tasting notes: A straw yellow colour with golden highlights. The rich aroma offers notes of white flowers (acacia, orange blossom / zagara), peach, sage, nutmeg and honey. The palate is sweet and harmonious, balanced by pleasant fresh acidity. What it goes with: Splendid on its own as a dessert drink, and with fruit tarts, tartlets, panna cotta, fruit salads and light desserts. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C
