Description
Henkell Blanc de Blancs Dry Sec is a German sparkling wine made from white varieties led by Chardonnay. On the nose, ripe citrus, green apple and light floral tones. The palate is elegant, with a pleasant acidity and a fine perlage. Serve at 6–8 °C. It pairs with oysters, mussels, grilled prawns, white fish with lemon, young cheeses and light fruit desserts such as panna cotta.
