Freixenet Prosecco DOC is an Italian sparkling wine from Veneto, made from the Glera grape. On the nose, ripe fruit — green apple and pear — meets floral tones and citrus freshness. The palate is light and refreshing, with a fine perlage. Serve at 6–8 °C in a tulip glass or a classic flute. It works as an aperitif and pairs with salmon canapés, grilled prawns, oysters and young creamy cheeses.
