Ca' Val Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut is an Italian dry sparkling wine from the Treviso zone in Veneto, the heart of Prosecco country. It is made from 100% Glera in a Brut style. The nose weaves ripe green apple, white pear and candied citrus with refined shades of white flowers and acacia. The palate is dry yet soft, with a pleasant creamy texture, a lively delicate perlage and a bracing mineral, fruity finish. Serve thoroughly chilled at 6–8 °C in a flute or a tulip glass. It works as an aperitif and pairs with oysters, scallops, mussels and grilled prawns, white fish, sushi and rolls, canapés, light salads and soft goat cheeses.
