Borgo Molino Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry is a sparkling wine (Spumante) from the prestigious Valdobbiadene zone in Veneto. The Extra Dry category gives a dry wine with a delicate sweetness and a refreshing structure. The grape is 100% Glera from selected hillside plots. The nose opens on ripe white pear, green apple and peach, with shades of white flowers and citrus. The palate is rounded and silky, with a pleasant creamy texture, a fine persistent perlage and a balanced, refreshing finish. Serve thoroughly chilled at 6–8 °C in glasses made for premium sparkling wine. It works as an aperitif and pairs with oysters, scallops, fish tartare and large prawns, grilled white fish, sushi and soft cheeses.
