Zonin Prosecco Rosé DOC is a rosé dry Italian sparkling wine from Veneto, made from Glera and Pinot Noir. Its colour is a soft salmon pink. The nose shows red berries, ripe raspberry, peach and light floral nuances. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with a refined perlage, balanced acidity and a light frame. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C in a flute or a tulip glass for rosé wines. It works as an aperitif and pairs with smoked salmon canapés, tartlets with soft cheese and light salads, grilled prawns, mussels and white fish with lemon, as well as fresh berries and fruit tartlets.
