Zonin Prosecco DOC Famiglia Zonin Dal 1821 is an Italian sparkling wine from Veneto, made from the Glera grape. It is a textbook example of Prosecco. The nose is led by ripe apple, white flowers and citrus. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with a delicate sweetness, an elegant perlage and bracing acidity. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C in a tulip glass, which opens the fruit more fully, or in a flute. It pairs with smoked salmon canapés, tartlets with cream cheese and vegetable salads, oysters, grilled prawns and white fish with lemon, soft cheeses and fresh fruit, as well as Italian antipasti and prosciutto.
