William Fèvre Saint-Bris 2019 — a singular white wine from Burgundy that will surprise you! It is made not from Chardonnay, typical of the region, but from Sauvignon Blanc. It comes from the small Saint-Bris appellation near legendary Chablis. What to expect from its taste and aroma? Colour: The wine shows a beautiful pale gold with greenish highlights. Aroma: Bright and fresh! The bouquet unfolds in notes of citrus (grapefruit, lime), green apple, freshly cut grass and characteristic mineral shades (flint). Taste: Refreshing, with high acidity and a clean, crisp finish. Highly drinkable and invigorating!
