Wild Honey vodka is a spirit with character, and it shows best in the company of the right food. Serve it chilled, at around 8–10 °C, in small crystal glasses: the cold softens the strength and tightens the flavour. The classic accompaniment is hearty meat: salo with garlic and rye bread, roast pork, homemade sausage and tongue, shashlik and grilled meat. Fish delicacies work too — herring with boiled potatoes and onion, lightly salted salmon, red and black caviar. Pickles remain vodka's best companion: crisp cucumbers, sauerkraut with cranberries, marinated mushrooms. For contrast, reach for aged hard cheeses.
