Viña Costeira is a dry white from the historic Galician region of Ribeiro, made from indigenous local varieties: Treixadura leads the blend, with Torrontés and Loureira alongside. The wine is light and harmonious, with a clear Atlantic character and mineral undertones. On the nose, ripe apple, pear and citrus, joined by tropical fruit, melon and papaya, and light floral nuances. The palate is soft and easy-drinking, well balanced, with refreshing acidity and a gently mineral finish. Pairs with oysters, prawns, mussels and shellfish dishes, with light fish, baked white fish and sushi, and with vegetable salads, summer starters and Mediterranean tapas. Serve at 8–10 °C; it also works well as an aperitif.
