Tundra Bitter Mint is a dessert herbal liqueur produced by Tatspirtprom, Russia. It is 35% ABV, based on Alpha-class spirit, with a blend of selected herbs, spices and mint that gives it a bracing profile. The liquid is completely clear. The nose is bright and cool, led by fresh mint with meadow herbs and a light spiced accent. The palate is soft and enveloping, with minty sweetness and a sharp bitterness on the long finish. Serve well chilled, in rocks glasses over ice or in chilled shot glasses, at around 8–10 °C. It works both as an aperitif and as a digestif. Pair it with light desserts, fruit and berries, ice cream and chocolate, or thin slices of cheese; in mixed drinks, use tonic or soda with lime and a sprig of mint.
