Description
Torres 5 Solera Imperial is a Spanish brandy from the Torres house, matured by the traditional solera system used here since 1928. The colour is deep amber with golden lights. The nose is warm and dense: spice, ripe fruit, vanilla and fine oak. The palate is rich, round and remarkably soft, the finish long and warming. Serve at room temperature in a cognac glass — a tulip or a snifter, which gather the bouquet. It pairs with dark chocolate, walnuts, dried fruit or a cigar.
