Tomtit Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough is a white wine from New Zealand's Marlborough, the region that made Sauvignon Blanc known worldwide. An expressive tropical character and a bracing style are its signature. On the nose, passion fruit, gooseberry, citrus and white flowers. On the palate it stays lively — bright acidity and minerality hold it together right through the finish. Serve chilled with white fish such as baked dorado or sea bass with herbs, and with seafood: grilled prawns, mussels and oysters. It also pairs with salads of asparagus, avocado and goat cheese, and with Asian dishes built on ginger and citrus.
