Description
St-Rémy VSOP is a French brandy in the VSOP category, continuing a tradition that began in 1886. A blend of selected eaux-de-vie from several French regions gives it character and body. The colour is deep amber with golden lights. On the nose, vanilla and oak weave together with ripe fruit, honey and spice. The palate is soft, round and balanced, the finish long and warming. Serve at room temperature in a cognac glass — a tulip or a snifter. It pairs with dark chocolate, nuts, dried fruit or a cigar.
