Description

St. Dalfour cherry jam with no added sugar is a natural French jam made from selected ripe cherries. It is made from fruit alone, with no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives; the sweetness comes from concentrated juice of ripe grapes and fruit, and the thick texture from the traditional French method of reducing juices. The taste is full and deep — ripe cherry, a pleasant natural acidity and a rich berry aroma. Serve it with morning toast, crisp crackers and croissants, as a topping for pancakes, fritters and homemade waffles, with a cheese plate of aged or soft cheeses, and with natural yoghurt, curd cheese or ice cream, or as a filling for baking.
