St. Dalfour Mango and Passion Fruit

Description

St. Dalfour Mango and Passion Fruit jam is a French jam made from selected ripe mango and passion fruit, with no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. No sugar is added: the sweetness comes from concentrated juice of ripe grapes and fruit. The texture is soft and enveloping, with pieces of fruit and the characteristic crunchy passion fruit seeds; the aroma is bright and tropical. It is good at breakfast — on toast, croissants, pancakes and drop scones — as a topping for curd cheese, syrniki, plain yoghurt, ice cream and puddings, and with light curd cheeses or on a cheese board, where it makes a contrast of sweet and tropical notes.
