St. Dalfour: Raspberry Jam (No Added Sugar)

Description

St. Dalfour is a natural French jam of selected ripe raspberries, made to a traditional recipe with no added sugar. There is nothing in it but berries: no artificial flavourings, colours or preservatives. The sweetness comes from concentrated juice of ripe grapes and fruit, and the gentle French reduction keeps the vitamins, the thick texture and the bright berry aroma. The taste is full and many-sided — ripe raspberry with its familiar pleasant acidity and the delicate scent of summer berries. The jam suits morning toast, crispbread and croissants with coffee, tops pancakes, drop scones and homemade waffles, goes into plain yoghurt, curd cheese and ice cream, and serves as a filling for baking.
