Description

St. Dalfour: Blueberry Jam (no added sugar) is a French jam made from selected ripe wild blueberries. It is produced from natural berries alone, with no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives; the sweetness comes from concentrated juice of ripe grapes and fruit, and gently reducing the juices to an old French recipe preserves the deep berry aroma and the thick texture. The taste is rich, velvety and deep, with ripe blueberry, natural sweetness and berry freshness. The jam is served with morning toast, crispbread and fresh croissants, with pancakes, fritters and homemade waffles, with soft, curd and aged cheeses, with plain yoghurt, curd and ice cream; it also works as a filling for baking. It comes in a glass jar with a screw lid, net weight 284 g.
