SKYY Vodka

Description

SKYY Vodka is an American premium vodka created in San Francisco in 1992. The spirit goes through four distillation cycles to strip out impurities and triple filtration through charcoal columns, which gives the palate its smoothness. It is 40% ABV. The flavour is clean, soft and neutral, with light mineral notes and none of the harsh alcoholic burn. Serve well chilled, neat or over a large ice cube. Its clean profile makes it a convenient cocktail base: a SKYY & Tonic with lime or rosemary, a Cosmopolitan, a Bloody Mary or a Moscow Mule. At the table it suits caviar, lightly salted salmon, prawns and oysters, charcuterie, olives and light canapés.
