Description
Schreckbichl Colterenzio Prail Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC 2023 is a dry white from the northern Italian province of Alto Adige, with a distinctly alpine character. On the nose, elderflower, gooseberry, white peach and mineral tones. The palate is clean and refined, with refreshing acidity and a noble finish. Serve at 8–10 °C. It pairs with grilled sea bream and trout, baked scallops, prawns with herbs, asparagus risotto and young goat and sheep cheeses.
