Santa Cristina Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie is an Italian dry white from the Veneto, made entirely from Pinot Grigio. It comes from the Tuscan estate Santa Cristina, part of the Antinori house. The style is refreshing, refined and mineral. The bouquet is delicate and clean: white flowers, ripe juicy pear, green apple and citrus with fine mineral nuances. The palate is balanced, dry and rounded, with refreshing acidity, a silky texture and a harmonious, clean finish. Pairs with grilled prawns, mussels, squid, oysters and scallops, with baked sea bass or sea bream, sushi and rolls, and with vegetable salads, light starters and poultry. For cheese, choose young soft and light goat's styles. Serve at 8–10 °C.
