Description
Ruinart Rosé Champagne Brut is a rosé champagne from the oldest champagne house in France. It is built on a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with selected red wines added; the bottle comes in the house eco case. The colour is a luminous rose-petal pink. On the nose, forest berries — raspberry and wild strawberry — ripe citrus and rose petal. The palate is refreshing, silky and balanced, with a mineral structure and juicy fruit. The finish is long and refreshing. Serve chilled in tulip-shaped champagne glasses. It pairs with fish, seafood, veal carpaccio, and with light berry desserts and fruit.
