Ronsard French Brandy XO Extra Old is a French brandy in the XO category. Long ageing in oak gives it a complex character and an amber colour with golden lights. On the nose, ripe dried fruit, vanilla, honey and light woody accents. The palate is velvety, enveloping and balanced, with a long, warming finish. Serve at room temperature in a cognac glass — a tulip or a snifter, whose wide bowl and narrow rim gather the aroma. It pairs with dark chocolate desserts, nuts, dried fruit and a good cigar.
