Pinot Grigio Corte dei Rovi Vino Spumante Extra Dry is an Italian sparkling wine made from Pinot Grigio. The Extra Dry category brings delicate bubbles and a balance of gentle sweetness and acidity. The nose is clean and refined: ripe pear, white apple, citrus and light floral nuances. On the palate it is light and drinkable, with a creamy texture, a soft perlage and a clean, refreshing finish.
