Pascal Jolivet Sancerre 2023 (Sancerre, Loire Valley, France) Classic Sauvignon Blanc from the cult house of Pascal Jolivet! This wine is a benchmark of purity, freshness and minerality, made on the principles of natural winemaking. Taste and aroma: A concentrated bouquet with notes of green apple, gooseberry, citrus and the characteristic flinty (mineral) tone. The taste is elegant and crisp, with high refreshing acidity and a long, refined finish. Food pairings: A perfect match for seafood, oysters, escargots à la bourguignonne, baked fish and the famous Crottin de Chavignol goat cheese. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
