Pascal Jolivet «Attitude» Rosé 2023 (Loire Valley, France) A fresh, refined and elegant rosé from one of the Loire Valley's most respected winemakers, Pascal Jolivet. The wine is made with minimal intervention, using natural (wild) yeasts, which preserves the true character of the terroir. Taste and aroma: The light aroma unfolds in bright notes of freshly picked strawberry, redcurrant, white peach and delicate citrus accents. The taste is clean, juicy and refreshing, with a mineral finish. Food pairings: Ideal with seafood, oysters, light summer salads, poultry dishes, salmon tartare and soft goat cheeses. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
