Moravia Vinaria Sauvignon Pozdní Sběr 2023 is a late-harvest Moravian Sauvignon with an expressive character. On the nose, tropical fruit, passion fruit, green apple and meadow herbs. The palate is refreshing, with noticeable acidity and minerality. Serve chilled in a tulip-shaped white wine glass. It pairs with baked pike-perch and trout in a creamy herb sauce, grilled prawns, mussels in wine sauce and oysters, as well as salads with goat cheese.
