Mionetto Prosecco Rosé DOC is a rosé sparkling wine from Mionetto, one of the most recognisable Prosecco producers. It comes from Veneto under the Prosecco DOC Rosé denomination, in a Brut style: dry, with a delicate and steady perlage, built on a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir. The nose is led by ripe wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, with fine floral accents and light tones of white apple. The palate is balanced and refreshing, with a soft creamy texture, berry acidity and a clean, bracing finish. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C. It suits an aperitif and pairs with grilled prawns, mussels and scallops, white fish, sushi and rolls, as well as fresh berries and light berry desserts.
