Mionetto Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut is a classic Italian sparkling wine (Spumante) from one of the most respected houses in Veneto. It comes from the Prosecco DOC Treviso zone in a Brut style, made from 100% Glera grown on both flat and hillside vineyards around Treviso. The aroma is bright and expressive: ripe green apple, white pear, citrus notes and delicate accents of meadow flowers. The palate is dry and easy-drinking, with a lively structure, a fine elegant perlage and a bracing citrus finish. Serve thoroughly chilled at 6–8 °C in narrow flutes. A classic aperitif before a meal, it pairs with prawns, mussels and oysters, white fish, sushi and rolls, as well as vegetable salads and cheese canapés.
