Masso Vivo Vermentino Toscana IGT by Frescobaldi is a dry white wine from the Tuscan Ammiraglia estate, made from 100% Vermentino. Fresh, aromatic and refined, with a vivid Mediterranean character. The nose is clean and complex: ripe citrus (lime, grapefruit, lemon), white flowers, juicy pear, fine minerality and light herbal accents. On the palate it is dry and lively, with well-judged acidity, a silky texture and a refreshing mineral finish. Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. It pairs with grilled prawns, mussels and oysters, baked sea bass or bream, vegetable salads and asparagus dishes, as well as sushi.
