Martini Rosé Demi-Sec is a rosé off-dry Italian sparkling wine from a well-known Piedmont house. Its colour is a soft peachy pink. The nose brings together fresh wild berries, raspberry and strawberry, with light floral nuances behind them. The palate is soft and balanced, with a pleasant sweetness and lively acidity. Serve chilled to 6–8 °C in a flute or a tulip glass for rosé and white wines. It pairs with fresh berries, berry mousses, panna cotta and delicate pastries, soft creamy and goat cheeses, and canapés with salmon or seafood.
