Description
Martini Asti DOCG is a sweet Italian sparkling wine from Piedmont, in the Asti DOCG zone, made from 100% Moscato Bianco. The alcohol is moderate, usually around 7–7.5%. The aroma is rich: ripe peach, fragrant honey, orange blossom and sage. The palate is sweet and harmonious yet refreshing, with a fine bead and balanced acidity. Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C in a flute or a tulip glass. Classic matches are fruit pies, berry tarts, cheesecake and panna cotta, fresh peaches, apricots, pears and melon, as well as soft creamy cheeses and dessert cheeses with nuts.
