Description

Premium French fruit jellies by François Doucet The confectionery house François Doucet was founded in 1969 in the town of Oraison, in the very heart of Provence. For more than half a century the factory has been creating elite sweets from select fruit and berries picked in French orchards. Every box holds long-standing traditions and the warmth of the Provençal sun. Traditional cooking in copper cauldrons (Cuit au chaudron): the fruit mass is gently simmered in copper vessels, thanks to which the original bright aroma of the fruit, its rich colour and its structure are preserved A natural composition: no artificial colourings, flavour enhancers or chemical preservatives. The taste is achieved only through a high concentration of fruit pulp. The set offers 5 juicy flavour profiles: • Framboise — fragrant garden raspberry • Abricot — juicy Provençal apricot • Poire — ripe sweet pear • Fraise — fragrant strawberry • Mandarine — refreshing citrus mandarin Format: gift packaging of 400 g — a perfect choice as an aesthetic token of attention or as a decoration for your tea time
