Description
Louis Jadot Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023 is a white wine from the heart of Burgundy, made entirely from Chardonnay. On the nose, white flowers, peach, citrus and a light nutty tone. The palate is fresh and fruity, with fine minerality and a creamy note from partial lees ageing. Serve at 10–12 °C. It pairs with baked white fish and grilled salmon, with scallops and seafood risotto, with poultry in a white sauce, and with brie and camembert.
