Livio Felluga Pinot Grigio is a dry white wine from Friuli-Venezia Giulia (DOC) in north-eastern Italy, made from 100% Pinot Grigio by the Livio Felluga estate. Complex, structured and elegant. The nose is intense and layered: ripe pear, white peach, citrus, meadow flowers and fine balsamic and mineral touches. On the palate it is broad and enveloping, with lively acidity, a silky texture and a very long mineral, fruit-driven finish. Serve at 10–12 °C; served too cold, the bouquet stays closed. It pairs with large prawns, lobster and scallops, grilled fine white fish, veal and rabbit, and aged goat cheeses.
