La Corrida Tempranillo is a Spanish dry red made entirely from Tempranillo, the country's flagship variety. The style is young and fruit-driven: a balanced, approachable everyday wine, with a spirited bull on the label. The nose is pleasant and fresh, led by ripe cherry, juicy plum and red berries with light spicy nuances. The palate is harmonious, rounded and soft, with silky tannins, moderate acidity and a fruity finish. Pairs with grilled meat — steaks, burgers, kebabs — with Spanish charcuterie, salami and chorizo, and with pasta bolognese, lasagne and pepperoni pizza. For cheese, choose semi-hard, medium-aged styles. Serve at 14–16 °C.
